Hard to outrun an Officer with a radio! He may not be able to catch you but his fellow Officer's ahead can stop you!

That might work well in a urban area, but out here in the boonies the car chasing you might be the only LEO car from any agency in side of 30 miles. Add to that there are many dead air areas, that goes for cell stuff and regular emergency response vehicles.

No I'm not the one being chased, this is what LEO friends up here tell me!

Some places in this state you might be the only car for 100 miles.

Trying to outrun the cops is a very bad idea, unless you are criminal.

actually, someone in either a supercar or a bullet bike outran both a chopper and the radio just in the past few weeks. They never found the perp. Chopper topped out at about 120 and they lost which direction he went.

Eleanor did exactly that in "Gone In Sixty Seconds"

Nicholas hit the "Go, Baby, Go" button,,
the copter pilot said,, "He is gone!"

You should watch some of the Youtube vids of the Arkansas State Police. I've watched a few where the video is almost 30 minutes long and they have chased the guy at speeds up to 150 mph for almost that long. Even had a couple of PIT maneuvers at over 100, and the perp climbs out and tries to run after the car has flipped a couple of times. Several of the really fast cars they chased escaped, mainly by crossing into Tennessee on I-40. Otherwise, these ASP cars will chase you until you run out of gas.

I forgot to mention in the original post.

The Smart Police Car is a Special Edition:

Passenger Side Engine.

Hennessey Venom F5: 1,842hp

Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar 3 Tires
