I've been known to pull out my calculator on my I phone to prove just such a point to my wife. She HATE'S it
I'm not so sure that that is correct. The underlying formula is area equals pi r square, but pi are round, especially pizza pi.

There are real square pizza's in the world, not the fake square-cut ones. With them you don't need your fancy math, you can see the difference.
