Does anyone know who built the high ride holsters Danzel Washington and some of the others used in the movie?
Looks like they would carry tight to the body.

With a question like that, I feel like we were owed an image from you. I went looking myself and found it straightaway, everyone will recognize it for what it is and likely you could've, too?

Gear used in movies is, well, gear used in movies. How well it works in the real world is open to question. Depending upon your body shape and mechanics and choice of firearm, high and tight might hide well but be difficult to rapidly get into action.

Not much of a picture, Red. :D

Agreed. Oh, you mean the image and not the movie :-).

Anyway, at least I found a pic. Yes, a common three slot pancake. These work every bit as well as the OP surmised, in riding high and close to the body. The best of the pancakes are not the symmetrical originals of Baker's but the asymmetrical ones of *******.

The diff is best seen from above but I've no such pics for you all. The original style clamps the holster shut around the pistol and stays shut when you try to holster after the draw; the later style releases the pistol naturally during the draw and stays open for holstering. This is one I did for DeSantis (or is this one the line-for-line copy by Galco?).
