How often are the crashes caused by illegals?

I just made a 3200 mile round trip to southern AZ.
I've lived 48 of my 61 years in and around major cities. But I have never seen so many crazy drivers as when I drove through Phoenix and Tucson!
The speed limit was mostly 55mph and EVERYBODY was doing 70mph - except the ones who were doing 75mph or 85mph. And they were driving like it was a NASCAR track. I was mostly driving in the center lane and I saw multiple people do a 3-lane change - left to center to right lane OR even right to center to left lane. And they'd do it all in one "swipe" as they cut between me and the car ahead - even though there was only 3 car lengths between me and the car ahead.
Never seen anything like it - it was nuts!
