Our Muzzle Loader club has an annual awards banquet, I donated the cake, same as last year. Last year I got a full sheet, made of two halves. One was German Chocolate, the other was yellow with some kind of red jam icing. This year I went with the German Chocolate because it was a big hit last year and on my wife's input did the other half in Carrot Cake. I sliced it so that the center sections got half and half, I took the first half and half for myself, the center sections went first and fast. There were only three pieces of cake left after the dinner, Carrot Cake. Last year there was nearly a third of the yellow cake left. I seem to have got this one right...when they go back for seconds of a store bought cake you know you done good.
