These were on a Model 63 and FWIW had a ship date on it of November 1980. I replaced them with a set of factory grips and ham now wondering if these might be a set of Fuzzy Farrant grips.

No markings anywhere on them.

Those are from the Phillipines and were imported by a number of distributors including Charles Daly which came with a small metallic sticker on the inside. Some grips are marked CKS Cobra. They were well made but don't bring much money. Farrants and other LAPD makers always used a plug over the grip screw nut so you won't see the nut or screw end, unless of course it has fallen out.

If you look real close at the back of the right panel, there 'appears' to be some remnant of a sticker adhesive in the upper left corner above the locator pin hole. Anyone else seeing that, or is my imagination operating on 'the hint'?

As I recall Daly had the sticker. I've had some but don't know if I can find a pic.

I just looked and above the screw on the right grip there might be some label glue in the upper right corner.

I tossed them into a box of grips as they really didn't impress me very much, in fact I found them downright ugly.

Found these on ebay, label is large (off the grips). Not the label I'm remembering. The grips remained the same I think but some had steel screws.

Heck, I didn't think they looked bad at all! I'd put them on a square frame Pre-18 that I have!
