While there may have been some really serious flaws in their system, I wonder how many folks also have what I have been referring to as "alert exhaustion". We often get so many alerts that they become almost like background noise. It is so bad here with various alerts that may wife has disabled them on her phone. That does not mean she does not pay attention to odd circumstances; she just does it on her own like a responsible adult.
