I think he guy you're referring to from Turkey goes by the handle CustomGunGrips. I have a few sets from him. They look and feel amazing and fit extremely well to the frame and the gun.
Yes the order was for two pair of KSD Brand K/L grips from Customgungrips on epay. They both looked good but fit very loose and rocked back n forth. I don't blame him as I think he's just a distributor.
He refunded me 😀 but I didn't use the grips 😞.

Who is making them out here in Denver?

And any recommendations on grip sellers from Thailand? Just a little skeptical as I’m new to revolvers.
Hey Denver!
I lived out there for many years unttil I retired from Denver PD. Moved to AZ, no regrets.
OK, Thai grips from Vitoonmakers on eBay are really good. A little pricier than others, but the fit seems much better and the quality is excellent. I just received a set this week, a copy of the S&W "banana grips" for K-round butt revolvers. I got maple with checkering and medallions. The grain is matched and the fit to frame is perfect. I've had grips in the past that required some carving to fit....no need here. $109 including shipping, but since I got exactly what I was looking for, then the price was right. He has a pretty good selection on his page on eBay, but I understand he might do special requests as well.

No personal experience but lots of nice offerings coming out of Thailand (and Turkey) at good prices, if you're not concerned with factory originality. They're like shoes, just swap them out whenever you feel like it. Plus you'll save your more expensive ones from damage and wear. Get on the 'bay and type your search, and sort by "distance, nearest first". Then go to last pages and you'll find a lot of choices, combat styles included. Check feedback; several sellers are available I believe.

Added: Oh! I see you are in Denver. Looks like some nice ones are being made in your neck of the woods too.

I bought square and round butt checkered grips with finger grooves and S&W medalions from Thailand that fit and look amazing! Just saying. Thanks S&W forum.
