Box decoding

I ordered a Police trade in Model 67. Sadly it isn’t marked. To my joyous surprise it came in its original box, but wearing a set of N frame grips. What grips is it supposed to have?

I believe it should have SB Magnas.

Does it have stainless rear sights? It's difficult to tell in that photo.

Your Model 67 dates to 1973. The box label indicates Magna stocks. At that time, they would be checkered walnut without the smooth diamond at the screw location.

Not unless ordered that way. The only target sight K frame that came standard with PC Magna stocks was the 2" Model 15.
