Need info on Bucheimer holsters please.
For you knowledgeable Holster folks I know little to nothing about holsters.
I picked up a Bucheimer Perfect fit B39 holster at the gun/pawn shop. I tied looking online but can not find a chart as to what it was made for. My SW M63 5" 22 lr fits in it pretty well.
From what I have read, they are no longer in business. Are these Holsters "valuable" or collectible? The one I have looks brand new and there is another at the shop and wondered if I should just go get it.
Thanks!

Bucheimer was one of the major holster companies when Safariland & Bianchi were ideas in the mind of their founders. If they've become collectable, I need to start digging through closets.
I believe they produced the issue holsters for such departments as the Pennsylvania State Police, NY State Police, Philadelphia Police and others back in the day. I'm not sure whose holster had a steel finger inside the trigger guard as a retention device [NJ State Police?] (putting your finger inside the trigger guard to release the pistol causes spasms in liability lawyers now).
They also produced "sportsmans holsters" or field holsters.

Ain't no way. That's a sportsman/field type holster.
Hunter and Lawrence were competitors in that market. Somewhere I've got a carved Lawrence, if I didn't give it away.

I picked up the other one also. It is the same style as the picture only in natural color(#22) and maybe 1-2" longer. I'll see what revolvers fit.
I Googled and no links to a chart. It would be interesting to see what they are supposed to fit.
