Ordered last week and as said on site, shipped within two days. Extremely happy with holster as of second day of ownership. I will keep this updated with continuous review as I wear it more. Unfortunately company policy prohibits me from carrying or having gun on premises (what they dont know wont hurt them). So I dont get to carry all day every day.

Initial review

I ordered the standard model (tan leather with black kydex) with the upgraded low profile kydex hooks (6.00).

Pros:

Great price-45 shipped
Fast shipping
Packaged well
Very well built with quality materials
Adjustable
Tuckable
Kydex is strong
Fasteners are nice and of good quality
Kydex is riveted on very nicely

Cons:

Back surface is kind of rough texture

So as you can see, I love it and only have one con. The back surface is a bit rough feeling but nothing a little sandpaper wont cure.

It is extremely comfortable, alot moreso than the cheap Uncle mikes iwb i was wearing.

I like the fact that the holster has a wide range of adjustments. I usually wear my OWB holster at about 3:30 - 4:00 o'clock but there are times I want to wear weakside appendix or back at the 5:00 o'clock position & being able to adjust the cant is a plus. A holster that would fit both my full size M&P 40 & 40C is another consideration. So far every holster I have fits the FS & my new compact nice & snuggly. About the only difference is the barrel length & with an open bottom so what? The grip doesn't matter either as long as I can grab it.

I just happen to be in the market for an IWB so I appreciate the review.

Do they offer them with metal clips? I haven't decided if I prefer metal or kydex clips... Metal seems more secure, but it is prone to rust (as I've experienced).

I dig FoxX Holsters so much I bought two...FoxX Trapp and the Little FoxX. Prices have gone up a bit since I bought them last year, but still a good value. And you can't beat the customer service. The clip broke on my FoxX Trapp...I emailed and they mailed a new one at no charge the very next day. I'll have a hard time buying another holster for my Shield 9 and FS 9.

Yes they offer metal clips and two versions of kydex clips. Metal are standard. The kydex is thick so it is very strong.

Yeah I was able to sand leather. Creates a dusty mess but it works. The kydex is held on with smooth rivets so I tried to not let sandpaper hit them. Even if it is on backside I didn't want them scuffed

Ordered the OWB hybrid today for my m&p full size. Should have it next week

There are so many better alternatives to the Supertuck. I don't understand why they charge $70+ and have a long wait period for something that takes minutes and costs less than $10 to make.

For another alternative to Foxx, MDJ holsters on eBay are nice as well. The back of my MDJ is shiny, just like the front.

I've got a Foxx Trapp, I believe it is, and couldn't be happier! A little over 6 months and it just seems to get more comfortable the longer I wear it. Only thing I've had happen was the screw that goes on the lower hole, the adjustment one, fell out at some point. No idea how long it was gone before I noticed it, but it definitely wasn't in my britches so I wore it for at least one day without it and couldn't tell lol. If I buy another holster it'll only be another of these for a backup

Been wearing it for a week now and still couldn't be happier. Its amazing.

Per the instructions as well, put some loctite on clip screws once you get set where you want. It will keep them from loosening as you move

Thanks 4 the update. Seems like a great product & great company

Update. Well I've owned about two weeks now and I tell you I barely know its there. Its so comfy also starting to conform to my body.

Also as far as concealability goes, can't see it at all unless my shirt lifts up in the back.

I have it on lowest setting and it holds the 40C perfect. I'm not a big guy, regular frame with a little flab (185 lbs, 5'8"). Wear a large shirt.

Also tucking a shirt around it is super easy and conceals real nice

I would recommend a good gun belt instead of the leather Walmart belt I use (awaiting Hanks gun belt).

Here too? Hmmmm

Hmm gosh what a coincidence that I'm on two m&p forums because I own an m&p.....I'm on about 7 ranger sites, 4 f150 forums, three 4runner forums and many many more forums, two I moderate that you will find a thread posted across them all that is the same

My reply on the other forum to you...

Do you have a friend that works there or something, seems you sure are trying to promote this product?

I have no connection with Foxx holsters nor do I know anyone in connection with them. I just get tired of strolling the forums with no real good reviews of holsters or accessories.

Most holster reviews are initial unboxxing and pictures but nothing after the fact. But you are correct, I am promoting it because when I find a good quality product (which is rare) I like to spread the word.

So whats the latest?? Are you still happy with your FOXX Holster?? Any pro's or con's???

I have bought 4 of them from FOXX...Nothing but praise for Quality, customer service , usability , function and speed of delivery. The guys and Gals there just do a great job...Bough time a company does all the above! You rock Ray!

Sure am, I'm actually a little unhappy I can't wear it at work (gun free ****). It is ever so forming to my body and love it yet. No one can tell I have a gun on unless they specifically know what the clips are for. I wear it to church and everything, around family, and unless I show them, they don't see gun. Also comfort is still great!

Just make sure to put loctite on clip screws as they will loosen as you move (even says on included note from owner).
