Nice Customer Service from El Paso Saddlery
I had a tanker holster for my 5" N frame revolvers for two years before some of the stitching came undone. I carried it down to the local boot repair shop but he said no can do - it needs to go back to the maker.
So I called El Paso & they said ship it in which I did. About two weeks later I recieved a call from them regarding the work. Another week later I had it back, good as new.
I probably have 5 - 6 of their holsters & that was a first for me. I really like their leather floral engraving & coloring work. Fancy stuff.
Anyway you can buy with confidence from El Paso Saddlery!

Funny thing, I found this thing on the net where all these people are simply raving and ranting against EPS. I mean, these people are just goin' nuts. But some of the rants go all the way back to 2005.
But I've had EPS stuff and love it. Matter of fact, they just had an Easter sale with 20% off your total order...so since a guy who was gonna custom make me some holsters and a belt weasled out on the deal, I ordered five (I think) holsters and two belts from EPS, all border stamped, some strongside, some crossdraw. And they say they'll deliver by Father's Day. The 20% thing saved me a good bit of cash, too.

How did you find out about the sale? I happened to look at their site last week and did not see any info on it? Is it by chance still going on?

You have to go to the El Paso Saddlery website and register, just like you had to register to post on this forum. You give them your e-mail address. They sent me an e-mail advertising the sale (this was the first e-mail I'd ever received from them, unless they were replying to something I sent them).
Unfortunately, the sale ended at midnight, Sunday, April 20. It was their Easter sale. I received the e-mail on April 17, so I guess the sale only lasted three days.
I saved around $250 on my order, and frankly, if I hadn't run out of money, I'd have ordered more stuff. I waited until Sunday night to order...I should've transferred more funds into my Gun and Holster Buying Account!
I'll say one thing for EPS...they don't flood your inbox with junk/spam mail. I'm sure glad I read this one.
So if I were you, I'd register with them and get on their mailing list. Who knows...maybe they'll have a big July 4th sale.

Thanks. I am actually registered with them, but sometimes to cut down on emails, when a company emails me, I unsubscribe. I may have done this, but I don't remember.
Next time, post a heads up on the sale in the lounge. I am sure there are many who would appreciate it.

Great to hear positive feedback about El Paso Saddlery, as I have an IWB on order for my Ruger Vaquero Birdshead.
Not too many leather craftsman who make IWB leather for single action revolvers!
Full report to follow!

I can appreciate this. I have my email set that most incoming mail, except for close family & friends, my financial institutions, etc. go to my Junk box. I then scan that about once a day, moving anything I think I might be interested in over to my Inbox. I then eliminate the remaining mails in the Junk box with a single click on the <EMPTY> button. My Inbox doesn't get out of hand that way.

I ordered the pictured Tom Threeperson from El Paso and delivery took longer than originally quoted but if you want quality hand work I would rather wait a little longer that get a rushed botched job.
