My employer issues the Bianchi Patrol Tech nylon duty belt. It the kind that you adjust by folding over the ends and velcroing them.

My problem is that the XL at its smallest is just a little too big and the L at its largest is just a little too small.

I'm wondering if any of you know of a company that makes a nylon (company requirement) duty belt with a little more fine tuned adjustment. Preferably something with a buckle like a regular leather duty belt.

Any suggestions?

Don't you just love being an "in-between" size?!

Mine is a bit large too but I use at least six belt keepers to secure it to my perfectly fitting pants belt. Maybe that could work for you?

Had same problem. Bought an xl. Mesured several times to determine exactly how much of each end to lop off with band saw. Clear industrial glue ends to seal fabric to pvc inner. Slide two parts of buckle back on. Fold belt ends flush with vice grips and a keeper for piece of mind. Fit perfectly. When I turned in equpt to move on to better things kept belt. They got their issue.
