Best cross draw J frame holster?
Anyone of you carry cross draw, especially a j frame and if so what holster are you using? Galco makes a nice one but thought I would ask. Thanks...

I don't carry crossdraw, but have considered it. I like the J-frame crossdraw holsters by Side Guard Holsters. Might be worth checking out.

If I was going to carry a J Frame crossdraw, I would take a serious look
at Ken Null's Vampire.

I've used a Bianchi 111 Cyclone for years .... level 1 with thumb snap.
But my EDC is a 3913 in a Sparks Summer special.

I like vintage holsters, excellent 2" J frame cross draws by Lewis and Bucheimer for example, recently picked up a Thompson cross draw with safety strap, all in excellent shape and made for a lifetime of service.

I use a Bucheimer "Sheriff" model 32-11LH when I want to carry my S&W model 36 in cross draw fashion.

Here are some of those vintage crossdraw holsters mentioned by the
last two posters.
Left Bucheimer Sheriff with Charter Undercover
2nd from Left Lewis crossdraw with 2" Model 10
(It was good enough for Sgt. Friday)
3rd from Left Brauer Bros. crossdraw with 2" Model 10

I bought a “Master’s holsters” crossdraw on ebay, it’s excellent. Good quality, sits just right.

For years, I've been carrying either a CA Undercover or S&W Chiefs Special in this neat little old Hunter, cross draw, when driving any significant distance.
