I have been a Milt Sparks holster guy, but I jumped ship and tried a TT gun leather IWB holster and I am pleased with it. I was looking for a OWB holster for a CZ 75 PCR and came across TT gun leathers convertible OWB/IWB Holster. looks interesting and makes sense but I was wondering if anyone has any personal experience with one. I like a metal reinforced opening and this is the only OWB i have found with one. I am old school and don't even put plastic guns in plastic(kydex) holsters. my metal guns surely are not riding in plastic.

I don't have any experience with the OWB/IWB convertible holster that you mentioned, but most of my 1911s have TT's pancake style OWB to go with them.

They are absolutely top notch. There's no reason to believe the holster that you're looking at would be otherwise.

I've got a OWB TT Gun Leather holster for a H&K USP compact .40, it is a very nice, quality made holster.

I have been a T Gunleather fan for 15 or so years. Probably have 20 of Tim's holsters. I really like the KX Lightweight for IWB 3:30-4:00 carry smith J, K, Third Generation pistols, and Glocks. The Mike's Special is also a very good option. EDIT: Can't forget the Side-Snap Scabbard. It's a good OWB option.

Tim Thurner does great work. I have been using his holsters for many years. Here are two examples:

I am not familiar with that particular holster but I have at least 6 TT Gunleather holsters and an equal amount of mag carriers. Outstanding quality and great service

I have one of his IWB/OWB holsters for my model 12-2 revolver. It is very good at doing both methods of carry. Very comfortable. I have a couple of his other holsters as well.
All are top shelf.

I have a Comp Cut Scabbard Holster for a Colt’s 3” King Cobra. It’s very comfortable and the workmanship is great.

Been thinking about the IWB/OWB convertible for a 3” S&W.
