TEX SHOEMAKER #14 predecessor to Bianchi Foldaway Holster?
A somewhat rare and interesting TEX SHOEMAKER #14 holster for the Colt 1911. I believe this design could be the predecessor to and inspiration for the current Bianchi Foldaway Holster.
Marked "TEX SHOEMAKER & SONS INC." The #14 was formed to the gun, however, as shown, while the Bianchi is just flat.

Very cool; and preceded itself by the Myres, 1940.
While we're looking at this old Myres page, notice that Tom Threepersons' moniker was applied to even shoulder holsters, since the 1930 edition.

Lee, it is always great to see something new, that’s an unusual Tex Shoemaker holster. An updated more substantial Yaqui slide design. Thanks for posting it.
Regards,
