holster for model 19 with red dot installed

love my. 2 model 19s, but I have to admit with my eyes I shoot much better with a red dot. I would have to drill my top strap and remove the adjustable sight. Not a big deal, because I can always reinstall the adjustable sight if I change my mind. Now for the question does anyone make holsters for revolvers with optics? Are there some universal holsters made for pistols that would serve well. If not my model 19s are relegated to house guns.

Take a look at Speedbeez holsters. They have one cut for optics

MTR Custom Leather lists the S&W K frames for their belt slide master carry holster with an RD option. Probably for others too. FWIW, they're in Ramseur, NC.

wow, thanks for the helpful tips. I cringe at the idea of modifying my old pristine model 19s, but in reality they are meant to serve the safety and security needs of their owner. Adding a red dot is reversable. It will also be cool to once again command accuracy!
