Unfired in Box 629-2, 4” Mt.Lion ’12 Revolvers series’ # 477 of 500
I am going to sell off a few more of my collection mainly due to age and medical bills becoming more frequent than having-fun bills. Offerings may change over time as things get added and sold off.
The first offering is... a NIB, Unfired 4" 629 "Mountain Lion" from the’12 Revolvers’ series. This is basically a 44 Magnum mountain gun and is also desirable as such. It is marked # 477 of 500 and has a laser etching of the famous Mt. Lion painting on the side plate. It comes with the box, tools and paperwork shown in the picture. There is a slight turn line that was there when I acquired it several years ago (I put the zip tie on it shortly after), however it appears it has never been fired. You should be able to see the recoil shield and front of cyl in following pics-
If you are interested, $900 is the price, plus FFL shipping & Insurance to your FFL. FTF private sale arrangements are available in SE Arizona with resident ID.
now the fine print...
- All forum Rules Apply.
- First post of "I'll Take it" and a PM with name and adress to me gets it.
- You must be a US citizen, of legal age and not prohibited from owning a handgun.
- You must abide by all Federal, State and Local laws while conducting this transaction.
- Sorry, but No sales to California or any other state that requires the seller (me) to be listed in their registration database.
- Payment must be received withing 10 days along with an original signed copy of your FFL certificate (blue ink preferred), with shipping address.
- Payment by Postal Money Orders only (no other kind, no checks, no bank checks, etc)
- S&H are not included in the above prices and will be added to the total due. Living out in the sticks, my FFL charges $50 to just run a sale thru her book but includes basic mailing of the gun to your FFL... but she is the cheapest around here. Other add-on costs that will be required are Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. I doubt you would want this item to be sent uninsured. Postal Insurance currently costs about $25.
- All sales final.
remember... it's easier to ask the boss for forgiveness than to ask for permission.
ETA: I thought the grips shown in both pic sets were the same ones... I realize they may have been changed for the 2003 photo. I will check but I think the ones on it are the orig. ones and are being sold with it. If I can find the other set and they turn out to be the originals I will give the buyer the option of which they want.
ETA: SPF while typing
ETA: The pics with the green background are the original grips with angled bottom. The Knob Creek pics were with glamor shot bannanas. Orig's come with it.
