OCD1, thanks for the info.
I re read my post and when I said I "guess" no,
I meant I do not think your 83 with squared trigger guard would fit this holster.
I like it. I would rather mine be .380 or 9mm as I load both of those. The 9x18 is a odd ball, guess that's why it is cheap.
Going to the range sometime today. Will see how it shoots.

OK, I'm no longer PO'd that UPS was a day late on delivering this one and I'm very pleased with AIM.
The picture doesn't do it justice. Finish is probably 99% and it is nice and dark although it does show some tiny use marks. Some little scratches on the grip, also.
Covered in oil and will need minimal clean up. Internals look new. Can't wait to burn some rounds.

Yours looks in better condition and I had them hand pick one. Plus as I mentioned it was really dirty. Glad you got a good one. Shot mine today and it is extremely accurate. I was surprised and happy.
Need to find a good deal on ammo as I probably will not shoot it enough to justify reloading for it.

Guess we're both happy campers. AIM has the Silver Bear (cleaner than the Brown Bear, I've read) JHP's at $12 for 50 rounds. Best value I've found.
I still have a few rounds of surplus from about 10 years ago but, that supply seems to have dried up.

Here's my CZ-82, I got some Wolf and Brown and Silver Bear. The Brown Bear I can get delivered from CDT for a little less than $10 a box. And these things were designed to shoot the cheap Russian ammo.

Is that kinda the same as Cheaper Dirt Than?(CDT)

They have some good deal from time to time. Good turn around time also. I've got to get some 7.62x39, I put a Chinese SKS in layaway, to go with my Yugo SKS.
Great minds think alike. I stocked up with a few cases of the 7.62 x39 for my Norinco and Yugo SKS.

My Norinco has a fiberglass stock, which looks nice, and I like th spike bayonette since it is different than the blade on the Yugo. But, the Yugo has night sights and a grenade launcher. With my CZ-82 and Mosin Nagant I have firearms from four communist countries.
