Default American Western Arms...opinions wanted.

Would appreciate opinions,or impressions, from those who own,or have owned in the past,of AWA revolvers. Thanks!

I've had AWA revolvers for going on 15 years of various models and calibers. They have all served me well, and remain my favorite SAA clone.

I use them at least monthly and often more than that at SASS matches.

This past 2 years I have paired a Longhorn with a 3rd gen Colt. They are a perfect functional matched pair and any differences can not be discerned at arms length.

What matters to me is the action and accuracy. Equal in this application.

I have a Longhorn and like it a lot. It is smooth and accurate and I'm tempted to wear it as a CC weapon, but I don't have a holster for it.
