SOG website
I am not sure this is the right place for this. if not please move to wherever.
I have in the past ordered online from this retailer. I want to order a few more long guns but for the life of me I can't get the site to accept my password.
I first tried the "forgot password" link and 3 times it told me "new password sent". I check my email and nothing. I even changed the spam settings and still nothing.
so I called and they reset. the reset worked for 2 days then I started getting "invalid password" again.
I call twice this week and twice they told me the password was reset. they gave me the new one and everytime I still get the "invalid password".
I will have to call again tomorrow but this is getting very frustrating. has anyone experienced this?
just so everyone knows I am in no way complaining about the company. I have had great service with them in the past and they seem to be trying to work with me. I will admit that their website is problematic. even when I first opened an account I never could get the site to acknowledge my license.
I will probably have to order over the phone because it doesn't seem like this will get resolved. I just hate that because I am hard of hearing and also I like getting email confirmation with online ordering.
so any others had this problem?
