I've had a set of these for awhile and found another recently on eBay. I figured I'd show what they are, how they came packaged and some differences for those interested. Both sets I have are shaped for K-frame round butts. I say shaped and not fit because these require some fitting (perhaps hence the name "Tru-Fit"). There's not much info on these grips to be found on the internet but I believe they were produced by the same Tyler outfit of T-grip fame. The packaging and logo on the box is similar to that found with T-grips.

The ones I have are "Butterscotch" flavor. The material is "Ivorex", similar to or a type of micarta, from what I've been able to find out so far. Note the interesting "grain" pattern.

This newer set I've got is different in that it has metal locating half-discs, similar to those found on Jay Scott grips and some stags, that will need installing rather than being integrally shaped from the grip material.

This photo shows that the grips themselves are shaped differently, too, with the first set I got being much thicker than the second set.

Here's what they look like installed:

Anyone else have these? Please share what you have or know about them. Thanks.

Are they made by the same Tyler as the T-Grips? If so those are probably $1,000 grips:)
