Ditto,
I think I'll give them a try as well.
I have similar issues.
Thanks for the post.

While Breathe Right strips work, the generic strips work just as well at a much lower cost. After all, you use them once and throw them away the next morning. Why toss the extra money into the trash? It is the medical benefit concept one needs and not the name brand.

A guy at work tried them. I don't know if he was allergic to the adhesive or what. When he pulled the thing off he had very noticeable marks on either side of his nose for a couple days.

They really do work quite well. Remove 'em in the shower in the morning.

That was my experience also. The glue is very tenacious stuff and hard to remove, even in a hot shower. They do help though.
I saw an ad for a different type in a Airline magazine that actually inserted in your nostrils. (sounds gross) but that's how they worked, so reusable.

My wife wanted me to try these but the removal in the morning had me concerned.

They work very well for me. I can't be without them now there is
such a difference. Generic doesn't stick nearly as well.

Take them off SLOWLY. Do it fast and you'll lose skin.

That was one of the best night's sleep I have had in months. And the best part was in removing it came off much easier that I thought. I took a nice hot shower and slowly peeled it off. No ouch factor at all. Some soapy scrub to get the sticky off the skin and it didn't even leave a mark. No idea if they could be used repeatedly and the same thing be said. I may end up trying. I'm sorry for anyone who is allergic to the adhesive used, but they work great for me. I would recommend them for anyone to try.

The strips do work for some things. My wife and I were in a test group that tried them out years ago and had to write a report on the results. And, yeah, I thought they were "stupid" before we tried them.

been using them for years. the name brand ones work a lot better than the generic in this case. they are a one shot deal, due to the glue that holds them on. i also don't like the clear ones as they are a lot stiffer than the tan ones and don't stick as well for me as the tan ones. you will be able to breathe better. if you snore at night, they may help that also if the snoring isn't bad.

You can go to their website and get a couple of free samples if you want to give them a try.

They work
I finally started using them a year or two ago. They ain't perfect but they sure help me get a nights sleep. Don't wake up with 'dry mouth' either.
No reason not to experiment with name brand and/or generic and see what suits you.

They work very well for me. I have oily skin and it helps to clean my nose with isopropyl alcohol before applying the strips. Those who have fears about removal may not want to try that. For me it's no problem.
I guess one of the best endorsements is seeing how many NFL players use them during a game.

I've used them on backpacking trips in the mountains; they really do make a difference and I've never had an issue removing them...no residue, no ouch. There's a reason athletes use them; they allow so much more air to pass. Use the name-brand ones, it made a huge difference for me; the generics wouldn't stay on.

Me too. Been using them for years. I have to really clean my nose before putting them on. I also have to get the largest size available. Got a big head, I guess.

I started using them as soon as they hit the stores. That must have been 8 or 10 years ago now. I can recall two nights I went to sleep with out one on. I can breath and sleep just fine with them. I didn't know that the nose closed up like it does. I thought it was swelling, but I guess its complicated. I just wish I was the one that invented it.
