If I CCW'd my 629, 5.5" barrel in my Bianchi on my right side under my extra tall tank top, would that make my hips look big. I would not want to look too hip heavy while at the local buffet.


Any reasonable advice sure would be helpful for me.

Sorry about the thread drift, but I hafta comment on that one. A guy who was driving a Chevy pickup told me this one. If you want to get a nice pickup, get a Chevy. If you want a TRUCK...get a Ford.
Now as to the OP: Nobody at a buffet will notice anything. Somebody else might get the last chicken wing.

That does it! Theresa is almost ready. We are going to st. george gunshow in 10 minuets. The virgin river casino is only another 40 miles at mesquite nevada and they got a great buffett.

Well, we are back. The gun show convinced me my collection is worth 4X what I thought. Didnt buy anything. The free buffet at the virgin river casino was great, but cost us about $250s a plate.

I carry a 5 inch barreled Model 27-2 on my hip. Buffet or no buffet. The manager of the local pizza buffet came and asked me about my gun. She then asked questions about getting her own and told me mine was welcome in her restaurant anytime.

Looks like a few of us have never met a buffet we didn't like.

Sir, from what I have heard, there is nothing you can do that will make you look good at a buffet or any other place.

Do as many others here have done. Accept yourself as you are and do not worry about looking good at a buffet. It just is not going to happen in your case. There is not a solution for some problems.

I don't think that a person carrying a concealed weapon realizes just how well it is concealed. I have always found my self adjusting from time to time when it really don't need it. You will look fine. Just put it on and forget about your appearance. No one will notice.....probably.
