I've had this old Crescent Arms double barrel hammerless shotgun for years. It's got a missing butt stock. I always thought I would find one and turn it into a nice wall hanger but that's probably not going to happen since it hasn't happened yet in 20 years. So the question is, what do you do with an gun like this? I keep hoping a nearby town would do a gun turn in reward program and I could take it there for a couple bucks.
Maybe I can stake a tomato plant with the barrel or make a lamp. Any ideas?

Whats the otherwise overall condition? Shootable? How's the finish? I had a Crescent once that was not too bad. Traded it on a Baker Batavia Leader with a dented BBL.
It became a legal "coach" gun. I think they were sister
Companies. I'd look harder for a stock.

If the internals are good it's a parts piece at least.

I thought NJ outlawed shotguns as tomato stakes.:D;)

Bob's gunparts in Arkansas has stocks...or at least has had stocks for Crescent/American Arms shotguns..both hammerless and side-hammer.

The gun is in otherwise decent condition. I have two replacement stocks but they don't look right and the fit is poor. It's in a canvas sleeve with two slots one for the barrel and one for the butt end. I would love to find an old stock that would be a little closer match to the forestock.
