Depends For fun, private travel and breakfast I fly a Archer III with Avidyne Entegra 500 / S-tec autopilot and 2*G430.

This was the first time where I tried flying with the GoPro under the wing.

This is another Archer III but with a G500 and 2x G650

Tried this time with the GoPro on top of the wing but it fogged up during flight Video was shot departing KOBE after having flying there for breakfast

The dog loves flying too

But usually he chills out in his bed during flight

Sweet ride how do you like the Avidyne? Prefer the Garmin setup, just personal preference. I fly pretty much out of ORL but did all my training down south TMB.

How's the yorkie enjoying the flying lol?

I received my training at FlightSafety but I am enrolled at Broward College for ATC. Where do you usually fly ?

Ohh the yorkie goes crazy when you ask him if he wants to go fly. He runs around the plane till he is finally allowed to get inside

I really prefer the avidyne over the garmin. Avidyne looks more like it was build by pilots while Garmin was made by engineers.
I got to say Garmin got better though, their GTN 650 are pretty good and compared to a 430 a major step in facilitating the use.

I really like the Avydine MFD because you can scroll through all the menus by just turning a knob. I personally feel I can pull up information quicker then with a Garmin.

I still always have my iPad with Foreflight as backup though. That came very handy when I had an alternator failure because the Avidyne drains the battery very quick and eventually the screens start flickering

Cool I did Miami Dade College for Professional Pilot Program I finished there an now I attend UCF. Good route for ATC but careful, its tough. I actually got invited to take that AT-SAT few years ago when they announced the last Pubnat. Well qualified score, I picked 3 states for the geo pref but was not chosen lol .

I fly anywhere but Orlando airspace is really jacked up so it is kind of annoying up here. I usually fly once a week, I'd take my bulldog up but she handicap (deaf).

I actually own a Nexus 7 with the Garmin Pilot App and I ordered gps glo antenna yesterday so will see how that works after it arrives.

I'd take my Gordon Setter up, but she just can't get it together when it comes to the cyclic and collective.

My Foreflight will be running out in a couple weeks and then I will switch over to Garmin. They finally implemented a couple things I was missing after they asked me at NBAA why I was not using their APP.

Yeah well right now the FAA won't be hiring so I might join the AirForce after graduating the CTI program

I was not able to take a 50. on board of the airplane due to weight restrictions. Unfortunately my wife's purse had to go on the trip therefore we had to leave the 2 brownings on the ground

This is a Sim and the camera will not record the computer graphics out of the window. Yes it is a C130.

Great fun. If you crash just reboot.
