Many of these are great.
Best John Wayne Movie Quotes - YouTube
Supposed top ten Western gunfights. The ONLY one I agree with on their list is the end fight in: The Wild Bunch.

These are better than the ten above minus TWB:
The Outlaw Josey Wales killcount - YouTube
A Scene from Rio Bravo - YouTube
Classic Movie Lines #65 - YouTube
The Wild Bunch (1969) killcount - YouTube
One of the if not the best Barfight scenes:

That was......

That was GREAT fun!!! Thanks for posting those. The only exception I take is that Clint's Mexican Standoff should be #1. Even though only one shot was fired it was about the most exciting 3 minutes in a movie EVER!:)

The music and the the three standing in the 'arena' reminds me of a bullfight 'moment of truth'.

It's in a book, not a movie, but I ws especilly impressed by the gunfight in, "Spiral" by David Lindsey, where the Houston homicide detective Sgt. Stuart Haydon shot the thug who'd just killed his partner.

Haydon made tactical errors in it, like sitting in the street with his dead partner instead of reloading and seeking better cover. But it was the most real gunfight that I've seen in print. The entire book, like most of the author's, is a superior read.

I was looking for others I was thinking about but were all around 7-10 mins long and didnt think they would go over well.

One of my favorites has to be Tombstone with Val Kilmer and Kurt Russell.

Talk about some great quotes, here's just a very few:

Doc Holliday: And you must be Ringo. Look, darling, Johnny Ringo. The deadliest pistoleer since Wild Bill, they say. What do you think, darling? Should I hate him?

Wyatt Earp: [Tyler reaches for his gun] Go ahead, skin it! Skin that smokewagon and see what happens...
Johnny Tyler: [pauses, scared] M-mister, I'm gettin' tired of your...
Wyatt Earp: [slaps Tyler across the face, unafraid] I'm gettin' tired of all your gas, now jerk that pistol and go to work!
Wyatt Earp: [slaps him harder, now completely steely-eyed] I said throw down, boy!

Doc Holliday: [to Johnny Ringo] Why Johnny Ringo, you look like somebody just walked over your grave.

Ike Clanton: What is that now? Twelve hands in a row? Holliday, son of a ----, nobody's that lucky.
Doc Holliday: Why Ike, whatever do you mean? Maybe poker's just not your game Ike. I know! Let's have a spelling contest!

Johnny Ringo: My fight's not with you, Holliday.
Doc Holliday: I beg to differ, sir. We started a game we never got to finish. "Play for Blood," remember?
Johnny Ringo: Oh that. I was just foolin' about.
Doc Holliday: I wasn't.

I could go on and on, one of my favorites...

Funny you should bring up "The Comancheros". The movie is classic John Wayne. I like watching that movie 'cause I get a kick out of everyone using Colt SAAs and Winchester 1892s in the REPUBLIC of Texas. Think about that! :)

Thats a favorite of mine for so many reasons. One is simply the cast was perfect and worked together like a well-oiled machine. I could go on forever about that movie--Rio Bravo, Stagecoach and Hondo.
