Does anyone here, have a Cat or Dog, that snores?

My little pit girl is a snoring fool.

Compounded by the fact that she insists on sleeping IN the bed between myself and SWMBO who be the truth known snores like some militarily enhanced machine made to wake the dead.

Between them I get awakened numerous times per night.

Not acceptable, but we're working on it. Got SWMBO to try nasal strips, Flonase, some other things like new pillows, etc.

Slow process, but awareness is the first step.

Oh yes...... I will wake up in the wee hours of the morning to my Bouvier and Lab snoring away (Lab is also releasing toxic fumes), in addition to one of the cats laying by my face whistling and the large kitty, Bitty, making her little "talking" noises. Added to that, Mr. KTP rattling the windows. Where is my nerf bat when I need it? I, of course, NEVER snore, oh no.....never

I haven't been awakened by snoring since my wife left on a temporary detail for her agency. She blamed our Labs whenever I would complain about her snoring. That woman can shake walls when she's sleeping on her back. I've got one Lab that groans in his sleep, and the other runs and yips in her sleep while dreaming of chasing rabbits or other critters. The cats are my alarm clock.

Two of my older brothers shake the foundations to the house they sleep in. That's why when I visit--that I already get a hotel room somewhere. One of them will not snore unless he has a Beer. After that, I swear its as bad as living near an Air Force base-when they test engines starting around 4am--like they do/did, when I lived near a Naval Air Station.

Our cat makes a wheezing sound when she sleeps, but never when awake. Guess that's the same as a snore.

I think its part of the show. Shasta is sleeping on my lap now--but silent as an Ant----for the time being.:D

One of our cats moans in her sleep. Not a bad, pain moan, but a good moan. Kind of like the one I make while having a stretch, after a nap.
