Prayer Request

SP, I am sure that this is a hard time for you and your family with this unwanted and disconcerting news about your daughter. I will lift her up, along with all of you, as you walk this road that no one ever wants to travel. His healing hand be upon your daughter, and on all of you as you share this trial with her. I also pray for the wisdom, skill, and healing gifts of her care givers as your daughter places herself in their capable hands and that those hands be guided by God's own. Please keep us posted on her progress, and in the meantime, in your worry and fear about this diagnosis, know that her health and comfort will be being lifted up to Him as an acknowledgement that He is the curegiver, and that many of us here are joining in commending her to Him for healing and a double portion of trust, care, and strength at this time in her life.

Prayer Request Update

We have now heard that the cancer is also in her liver and lungs. It with tears in my eyes that I write this, and these tears come from reading all your heartfelt replies. I cannot express what I feel at this moment in the midst of all your prayers, the family of God is truly a strong and comforting force. I will keep you updated as we go through this. She is out of the hospital and going home tomorrow. She will have a chemo treatment tomorrow and every 12 days until the spreading of the cancer is stopped. At that time surgery will be considered.
From the bottom of my heart I thank all of you, my wife and I were lifted up in reading all your responses. We will keep you all in prayer also.
