Oh boy you've got me started...

You know I don't have one favorite anything and have to list ALL of my favorites to be satisfied. I'll try to keep this one short.

Hawaii Five O (Hands down)
Perry Mason (Fred Steiner - Also Rocky and Bullwinkle and many others)
The Untouchables (Nelson Riddle had a successful career that was revived when he worked with Linda Ronstadt)
Rawhide (Used in "The Blues Brothers" to pacify the hostile crowd with a whip and everything)
Peter Gunn
Dr. Who
Cops (cool Reggae)
Andy Griffith
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (best guitar except maybe for 'Peter Gunn'
Stingray (Best drums except for maybe Hawaii Five O)
The Lone Ranger (I like all things Rossini. He was heavily drawn on in Bugs Bunny cartoons. The real name of this is the overture from "Guillaume Tell", Which in English, 'William Tell'. Note: In America Guiseppe Verdi's name would be 'Joe Green')

Funny ones:

Green Acres
The Munsters
The Addams Family
George of the Jungle
Looney Tunes
Batman (1964) "Biff, Pow"
SouthPark (Primus, definitely an acquired taste)
Get Smart
Monty Python (Washington Post)
Pee Wee's Playhouse

Spooky

X Files
Twilight Zone

Animated:

The Jetsons
The Flintstones
Jonny Quest
Teen Titans (Puffy Amiyumi)
Underdog (The **** Hole Surface made a rocky remake that is a real kick)

Runner up:

Dragnet

My browser crashed and I almost lost my list, so I'll call it off here and publish it.

I have the orignal sheet music of Walter Schumann's "Danger Ahead" (The 'Dragnet' Theme). It is a true collector's Item. (1953)

Of course, John Sebastian, (founder of the Lovin' Spoonful) wrote and perfromed "Welcome Back" (1976). As a pianist, I also have the sheet music for that.

Johnny Mandel wrote "Suicide Is Painless" (The theme from M*A*S*H).

Looney Toons "Merrily We Roll Along" - Eddie Cantor, Charles Tobias and Murray Menscher (1935). "The Merry-Go-Round Broke Down" - Cliff Friend and Dave Franklin (1937). (From the Looney Tunes songbook).

Wonderfully engaging themes, each and every one.
