Default White Sands Chimichanga Sauce recipe

One of my favorite Mexican dishes is White Sands Chimichanga's as served by Arriva(SP?) restaurants. I have looked and can't find a published recipe for this sauce anywhere. Can someone on here help me out!

Interesting! I see it's a Phoenix chain.
If I ever get up that way, I will try it.
They have Hatch Chile and spell Posole with a z. Their Posole has cabbage, maybe that's why?
This is how they describe their chimi.
A chimichanga filled with spicy pork green chile and covered with our tasty queso fundido. served with mexican rice and your choice of beans.
The stand out distinctive item would appear to be the queso fundido.
It's made with standard queso ingredients and chorizo.
Now we got a z!

If "queso fundido" is the sauce then there are plenty of recipes online for it.
