Great Customer Service!!
Just had to drop a line about the wonderful customer service I received today from RCBS. My primer seating spring and plug flew off my Rock Chucker, being half blind I could not find it. Called RCBS this morning they found the part number I needed and said "parts, both large and small are on the way", no charge!! Now that made my day! Not a huge expense to them I'm sure but made a big impression on me.

RCBS customer service should be the goal for everyone else in the industry. I've had great service from them every time I've asked; too many to enumerate here.

I really like those guys......
Last time I called I was sure I had gotten nowhere. A week or so goes by. No parts. Wasn't expecting anything. Parts came in the mail. Free.
