Eclipse Gun
Okay, there have been threads about BBQ guns, and threads about the eclipse.
But none about the proper gun to carry for the eclipse!
I'm going with my Colt Delta Elite, just to be different.

Well, since it'll be dark, no one will see it.
So you might as well carry a rusty hunk of
any old firearms iron.

I don't own one of those!
And we're at 97% here, so dusky for us, but not dark.
In Feb. of 1979, I was living in Portland, which was in the path of totality.
I was terribly hung-over, and chose to sleep through it!

We're on one of the main routes to an area of totality. So CZ 75 IWB and WASR leaning against the porch rail. There has been bumper to bumper traffic since I got out of bed at 5 am. We padlocked the gate across the driveway and plan to stay home for today and maybe tomorrow. All these fools will be coming back after the big "event" is over.

I think we were only in about the 75% zone here in Central Arizona. Light didn't seem to drop that much. But I have my own Eclipse, that is always 100%, reliable that is
