I like AGT and Howie does have his occasional moments.
My take on the song was don't settle arguments with guns. I saw nothing wrong with it. There wasn't anything about banning or confiscating guns. Just put it down and don't shoot other people. Considering the girls history, it does make sense for her to feel that way.

A very little bit of Howie Mandel goes a very long way. Nothing he says about guns, or anything political for that matter, could demean my opinion of him. There is just no room for movement in that direction.

When he was on "Deal or No Deal", one reviewer described it as a third rate game show with a ninth rate host.

I thought that was rather generous.

I like to watch AGT, like to see the stupid people do stupid things!

But they do get some real good talented people there though.
As for the judges,,,,the only decent one is Heidi Klum, the others could be replaced for all I care!
For Howie Mandell,,, spur of the moment comment, he’s still a has been that never was!

I find it interesting that actors loose their jobs because they make remarks that offend the fan base. I am the fan base, I am offended by idiots who make remarks about guns, jocks who disrespect the flag. I boycott those who do so. Why are these people still on the air? Which side of the political correct line they are on you say.

I believe that America's Got Talent.
But from what I've seen, the AGT show isn't where it's at.
Howie is proof positive of that IMO.

I never ever and I mean NEVER watch that show, but one of my friends told me to watch it on demand, I have cable, and catch the first act. He said I would like it. Well I did and who could not enjoy watching those extra smart trained cats? Too bad their owners were ummmm.. not so good looking, but hey.. the cats were.
Turned it off right after that so I didn't hear any stupid gun statements.

Probably because they generate revenue for the networks. I'll wager most people who watch shows like America's Got Talent, American Idol, and Dancing With the Stars pay very little attention to the hosts' or moderators' remarks. They tune in to watch the acts perform. Even those who are offended by some little remark or another usually just shrug it off.

Unless someone says something really offensive, libelous, or just plain nasty, they aren't going to lose their job on a show. Again, because of their revenue-generating name and because there aren't enough people who'll complain about some silly little remark by someone like Howie Mandel.

The backlash created by the whole NFL non-kneeling players did cause the NFL to rethink its position (that, plus fear of the U.S. president)...but we'll probably have to wait until they start playing to see if the new policies have any real effect. That is, if anyone really cares by then.

Nothing for me to boycott, I don't watch the show. I have very little interest what hollywoods self declared stars have to say. Talking heads that seem to think what they say is of any importance to us underlings who can't think for ourselves. On the other hand I do like Tom Selleck but I'm not going to take a reverse mortgage, don't care what he says.

Have little to NO INTEREST in another's politics, religion, gender identity, sexual preferences, yada yada. When paid to do a job, be it "entertainment or "whatever" all that other stuff is irrelevant to me. Just do the dance you are paid to do, monkey, and keep the rest to yourself.

It’s frustrating everyone. How can we stop it. It’s like the old west.

I read we’re ccw permits are up, the numbers of shootings are down. Let’s hope it grows bigger.
