Default Just had to share

This guy loves my backyard for perusing his lunch menu.
Was fortunate to get this shot.

Eat more rabbits...

Enjoy,
bdGreen

I have studied dozens and dozens of images for 'North Texas Hawks' and feel certain that it is a very young Cooper's Hawk.

The plumage on the chest is ever so beautiful, but, it appears to be delicate as would be on an immature bird.

Noting the responses from the Forum members supports my notion that I have taken an exceptional picture in my own backyard. I worked at getting this shot, but, it surely was worth it to me.

Thanx to all for the positive comments. This is definitely a keeper.

Ha.

After I felt like I had properly identified this guy, I, through further research on the internet, found this image.

Bam!!!

Nailed it.

He only has one leg also...

Enjoy,

bdGreen
