Met Mr. Eastwood about 1974 or 1975 at his restaurant, The Hog's Breath, in Carmel, California. Very courteous, friendly, soft-spoken gentleman. Walked through the dining room and patio, stopped at every table and spoke to every guest. Found out we were veterans doing Army Reserve duty at Fort Ord, Mr. Eastwood comp'd us a round of beers.

I don't recall the movie Breaking Steel. What's it about and was it a good movie?

For me, it’s the closest thing to a guarantee that I want to see it.

In an exemplary application of "a man's gotta know his limitations." I am impressed that at age 88 Eastwood does not make himself look foolish by trying to continue as an action hero, but has sought challenging dramatic roles appropriate for his age.

I like Clint, but Robert Duvall rules.
