TURKEY BUZZARDS RETURN TO HINCKLEY, OHIO
Today is Turkey Buzzard Day in Hinckley, Ohio. The turkey buzzards return each year on March 15. The crowd was present at 7:00 AM to greet the buzzards returning. The buzzard day festival has been held since 1957, but buzzards have been observed coming back each March 15 since back in the 1800s.

They hang around my place on the outskirts of Houston all year in pretty good size flocks. All the road kill they can eat seems to keep them happy.

Hinckley is a beautiful place. Spent the first seven years of my life next door in North Royalton. I'd move back in a heartbeat.
