This company has a gun I want at a price I can live with. Never done business with them before. The usual companies I deal with do not have gun or want too much money. What say you the members about this company?

I have bought a couple guns from them over the years and never had a problem.
I have also purchased from them, very satisfied. Shipping will be slower as it is everywhere

While I have never purchased a gun from them, I have bought many other things over the last several years and not a single issue. I would not hesitate a moment.

I have made several firearm purchases from SOSS. Always fast and usually free shipping. Good to go.
I've bought around 6 guns from them and multitudes of ammo.
Great place to do business with.
When they had the ONG Remington 870 shotguns for $239 for the folding stock model I bought one. When I got it the push button thing that holds the stock in the open or closed position was missing.
I called them and got a American girl on the phone. Told her my problem and asked if there was a chance that any spare parts could be in the crate the guns were shipped to them in.
She put me on hold about 10 minutes, and came back and said they found all the parts except the C clip, and they would mail them out that day. That's customer service!
I'd checked everywhere and my only option was to have the part custom made.
Great place to do business with.

No issues with the ordered rifle I purchased.
I do NOT understand why they chose this name for this business.
These guys are Vance’s in Columbus, Ohio. The Vance’s brand name has been #1 in Central Ohio gun stores since what, the 1950’s? When they decided to launch their web business, they elected to detach it entirely by name.
My only guess is that they don’t want local retail shoppers in their store breaking their stones by comparing Vance’s online with brick ‘n mortar retail prices, which often cannot hang.

Because of the good reviews here I ordered from this company. All I got was fast shipping with no excuses due to covid or any thing else. Seems like a lot of places keep offering excuses for slow or poor service. One company is running 3 weeks behind on shipping. They keep saying they are catching up but have been behind by the same amount for the last 9 months. Even FED X got the gun to my dealer in two days. Now if background check will go through fast I will be a happy camper.

My only complaint is these days the only guns they have that I would be interested in are "out of Stock" or "No Longer Available".
