Default My Chorizo

Three days ago the Adobo Sauce was made; today I made the Chorizo! Two days from now I'll wrap the Chorizo up into four-once servings; each perfect for a serving of my Chorizo con Huevos! Mmmm...

Ya'll do anything similar?

That looks good!

I never tried making adobo sauce or chorizo. I do occasionally buy chipotle pepper in adobo to use in enchiladas and usually have a good amount of the sauce left over. I'll have to try making some chorizo next time!

I do like me some Carne Adovada.
New Mexico Carne Adovada (Pork Marinated in Red Chile) - MJ's Kitchen
But another version I also like and make is Chile Glazed Baked Porkchops.

Splendid work as usual. I see thread titles by you and know I'm going to be all the more hungry for reading them.

Do you deliver?

“My Corizo”

I thought it was a country song.

I started singing "My Sharona" but as "My Corizo". Now I can't get it out of my head.

I have made Argentine chorizo and find the wine used in the sausage makes a lot of difference. The only thing it shares with Mexican chorizo is the name.

Skip the Cheech Marin version to avoid 3 days in the hole.

First time I ever heard of that was in a movie called Midnight Run with Robert DeNiro and the most irritating person on the planet, Charles Grodin.
