To start with I will get rid of the one type that did not pass or test.
The "Saint" died on the cross, and drew a D, for a chalky, dull, flavor, from a "Creme Brei" style cheese.
The mini Basque did much better and tasted like the top tier cheese, at half the price. Sliced perfect with a potato peeler.
The unexpected Cheddar was a surprise, in that it was not soft or firm
but rather, crumbly, like aged Parm. with a very nice flavor, that all enjoyed.
The Tuscano with Syruh was a firm cheese that belongs on a cheese board, since it got all thumbs up.
Last but not least is our "Bucket list" cheese, the Baked lemon Ricotta.
This is a delightful yummie "Specialty cheese" that the ladies loved, for it's change of pace, surprise flavor and texture.
If the wife is mad at you, bring one of these home, if she likes cheese.
Well, 4 out of 5, is not a bad pick, for picking out new samples.
Hope you like one if you pick it up.
