The possession of "personal use" weed is generally ignored in the Netherlands, but it is illegal. Having amounts large enough to be considered supply or exporting drugs is heavily frowned upon. Because of the latter factor, the Dutch authorities are hot on searches on those leaving, especially on flights and ferries heading to the UK where weed and everything else (think guns) are major league illegal.

What made me smile in the whole Minaj thing is when she said "They took my luggage without consent" regarding the Dutch airport security. ROFLMAO!!! Anybody who thinks they have rights in an airport these days is delusional.
