I'm on a free account. They have paid accounts with more features if you need such. The only drawback is I think it's hosted in Russia, and it's pretty slow sometimes.

Since Photobucket gave all their users the big middle finger, I have been using IMGUR with great satisfaction.
Second for Postimage. Easy to use, never a problem.
I used Fototime for years and was very satisfied with it. Then one day it just vanished. I had a paid subscription at the time. There were no explanations on what or where they went. I now use Imgur and it's free. However, I don't trust any off site or cloud storage. I keep CDs or other copies of all my pictures.
I have been well pleased with Imgur, but if it goes away it won't be the disappointment that it was with Fototime.
