Default 3 Killed in Boca Raton Plane Crash

May be some here are able to come up with a plausible theory that explains this flight path. I don't know the characteristics of the aircraft but to me the ground speed seemed excessive with no available (?) right rudder.

The 310 is a light twin engine A/C with retractable landing gear. The Army owned several of them way back when but I have never flown one, nor have I ever wanted to fly one. We jokingly call such A/C high performance doctor killers (or lawyer killers, if you prefer). No disrespect intended to the dead pilot but making all those repeated tight left turns without explaining yourself to ATC is a bit curious. I would expect better from a pilot qualified in a RG twin, but money sometimes buys anything. I am in no way attributing that sort of behavior to this pilot, but time will tell.

Just spitballing here, I have no flying experience. Maybe the pilot had a medical emergency and someone else was at the controls? One of the deceased was in his 80's, don't know if it was the pilot or not.

^^^
Until the NTSB comes up with its report, I'm leaning toward this.
