I had emailed John Robertson from Robertson Trading Post with some questions about a Ruger Speed Six that I wanted to order and what I needed from my FFL to make the transaction go smoothly. I got a very prompt response. I placed the order online yesterday and had some difficulties getting the order to go through. In fact, it looked like the order processed three times. I emailed John again to let him know of the issue and that I would just keep an eye on my credit card.
I received a call just a few minutes ago from John. He said that he was trying to get a jump on things because Monday is usually a very busy day for him and his main helper moved to Georgia. John took my credit card information and said that he would enter it manually, but not until after he received a copy of my dealer’s FFL license.
Refreshing to deal directly with a family owned business and receive such personal customer service. We chatted for a few minutes and he wished me a Happy Easter. I will definitely do business with this company again!
