From ten 27s down to two.

Excellent choices. I collect 6 1/2" N frames, but also have a NIPC 5" 27-2 of similar vintage in the safe. One of my favorites is a boxed 6 1/2" 27-1 that left the factory with TH,TT, and cokes. Took me years to locate and obtain--it will most likely be one of the last to go.

3d Model Transition 6.5" 44 Spl Washington State Patrol

WSP guns I have 2 WSP guns: S62680, and S62824, both shipped in Oct. '46. Also have a HD 6 1/2", S92656, shipped in Mar. '53. IIRC, I had Roy do a mini-letter in Spokane, and it's not WSP. A lot nicer gun than the .44s, and no back strap shenanigans.

427 Low Riser Heads On the way!

Wow. Must not be many blue oval fans in the hood. One of my close friends is Jim Waldo, former NHRA Stock Eliminator competitor. First Stock Eliminator to run in the 10s. '67 Fairlane 427 Medium Riser 4 speed. Won the world championship in it. A very impressive machine.

    Is this 4 screw uncommon?

27, 6 1/2" Nickel As a long time collector of 6 1/2" N frames, I can tell you that 6 1/2" blue no dashes are tough to find (especially boxed), and nickel examples are scarce. I have one, paid a premium to purchase it, and would do it again, given the opportunity.
