Well, I'm 60 miles from home. Was on my way into town to trade this pistol in. Lol, just noticed insignia for the first time. The best I can do until I return home is to email a pic to someone.

My 2213 has a anchor with a U on the left side of the anchor and a S on the right side of the anchor. This is all located beneath the model and serial numbers on the left side. It has the threaded adapter on the barrel. Any significance to this US Anchor making? Thank you.

I just paid $325 for a 2213 w/threaded adapter on the barrel. Gun is in excellent condition, w/8 round magazine. No box, etc., just the pistol & mag. This is from a LGS in Boise. They have plenty of 10 round S&W 41 mags in stock, so I picked one of those up as well, works just fine.
