Bought my M&P 22 about three weeks ago but due to family medical problems I haven't had the pleasure to fire it yet. Do you, or anyone reading this thread have any idea why replacement mags are non-existent? I know S&W rushed to get into the .22 pistol market but the mags unavailability borders...

Rounds in Mag I'm certainly no expert but I'd venture an educated guess and say, "No, there's no problem keeping rounds in a .22 mag." The M&P 22 is on my Want List but I have a Walther P22 and an M&P 15-22 and have kept rounds in their mags with no obvious harm.

Full Size I own both and carry the 9c but if I weren't carrying and only going to fire it at a range, I would buy the FS...although I don't see much difference in accuracy between the two.
