    Great price on FS mp22

I purchased a GSG 1911 22LR, trainer for my 1911 45. I love that pistol so much I saw a S&W M&P 22 CA at the shop. I picked it up and loved the feel, purchased that too. Now I enjoy shooting the M&P 22 CA so much I purchased the M&P 9mm full size. Now I can't find 22LR for the life of me in bulk...

Full Size M&P 9 First Impressions

I carried the M&P 9mm for 5 years at my other department. I retired and am at another department (University Police). We are issued Glock 22. I purchased the S&W M&P 22CA and enjoyed shooting it due to low cost of ammo I went out and purchased a new M&P 9mm. I really enjoy shooting that 22LR...

    M&P 22 Compact

I own several S&W M&P product and I have grown towards them more and more these days. I purchased the M&P 22CA pistol and I'm having so much fun with it I purchased the full size M&P 9mm ten days ago. Now I see the 22 compact (then found out it's not available to us in California). Also the 22LR...

    CCI Blazer recent feedback

I believe the speed is about 1230 fps on the CCI Blazers. Yes they have a wax coating, it really helps lub up in feeding from the mag and breech. Funny how some owners of M&P 15-22 doesn't run good on CCI Tactical, mine loves it more than any of the other brands. I also get my best accurate...

    My mag is coming apart?!?!

To answer the the question why even let them drop.. Well, you train the way you shoot. If you drop your mag into you hand, put away, and then re-load.. in combat enviornment, YOUR DEAD!. Thus train as you would in the real world.. Muscle memory and habit takes over and if you train correctly...

    Pictures of your optics

Upgraded my M&P with a new optic 1X-4X Leaper UTG, just wanted to test out a CQB/Magnification optic for the 15-22. I can say it is accurate at 50 yards on 4X.. I was able to shoot out 4 1" Orange dot with .05" spacing per 2 shots per dot.. I noticed the stock combat trigger is a little hard but...

    My mag is coming apart?!?!

Mags are replaceable items, in the real world, they get disposed. But in the civilized world, we make them last. Chances are if you drop your mag on a reload (the correct way to really do it) and if it falls on solid ground (cement, not gravel or dirt), it may crack or break a mag. I've seen...

    Sandy Lower?

I think I know what happened, I was shooting over 800 rounds using federal loads about a year ago... I wanted to use up those for my replacement 22 of CCI Tactical loads.. Well cleaning out the lower receiver I noticed small sand like particals, I think maybe powder flakes maybe burn flakes not...

    Favorite accessory for your 15-22...

For me my favorite options are: 1. 1X-4X Scope on the M&P 15/22 2. SBR for fast loads and clearing jams 3. MagPul furnitures, stock, forward vertical grip, flip up front/rear sights and grip 4. For ammo I love the CCI Tactical 5. Last, the fun all of the above brings to an other wise wonderful...

    Ammo suggestions

I've had the best results as far as accuracy and performance with CCI Tactical. CCI made this 22LR for Semi-auto's like the M&P 15/22, if feeds 100% and burns very clean and no flyers, what more can you ask of a 22LR... Good Luck.

    15-22 Accuracy

Dragon88, the 15-22 was never used as a military weapon, my comment was the basic design is of combat design (a copy of the AR15), so performance will be the same, combat style accurarcy. Is all I'm saying... I knew someone was going to do this..

    Dumb Question

Boy this may start a war on this topic I tell you. I worked with ex-Vietnam vets and that question of "Does an AR (or M16) perform better wet or dry), came up on a range one day.. Most vets said, "The M16 ran better more wet than when dry". As far as running them wet at a PD, all agreed lightly...

    15-22 Accuracy

As stated above, lighter trigger, and maybe using match grade 22LRs. I've had good luck with CCI Tactical. They run a little lighter on the powder, 1200 instead of 1235 on the standard CCI Blazers. Remember, the M&P is a combat rifle (although 22LR), it was designed as a tactical 22LR or combat...

    Charging Handle Options??

I checked the wear on the polymer upper were the metal latch snaps, it has a little worn mark but the polymer appears to be wearing well. I'm sure if I had 100,0000 latches it will look really worn, but I don't think I'll ever reach that but you never know......
