    Tighten it more. Maybe put a drop of blue Loctite. S&W will accept it as a warranty because it might be an out if spec receiver but it's probably just not tightened enough. Don't go gorilla on it but tighten it more than you did last time. Simple as that. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk
