    Why bother with a Full Size M&P 45 M2.0

Only with gun owners have I noticed such a closed mind when it comes to "CHOICES." Gun guys can have such a "I see no use for it... therefore it shouldn't exist" mentality. I really like the mental midgets that run with the "it's an answer to a question no one asked" theme. Sorry, but CHOICES...

    Crazy jump in prices right...

Just got home with a M&P 45c 2.0... was technically used (consignment) but I don't believe ever fired... came with 6 mags that had never been loaded. Paid $500, but with the 6 mags I was ok with it. The store was packed, and people lined up to do paperwork, and they have seating for 3 at a...

    2.0 Subcompact

Yea, I see that the overall "profile" (for lack of a better term) of the grip can be different in a way that the actual measurements don't display... yet I still feel that the idea of a subcompact should be reduced in all dimensions to minimize printing to the absolute max. I shoot a sub with a...

    2.0 Subcompact

With the flat baseplate of the 1.0 compact, this 2.0 sub makes sense with enhanced concealability and only a loss of 3 rds. With the finger rest baseplate, it is about the same as the 3.6" compact in height which negates any advantage... may as well stick to the compact at that point. Good...

New M&P 2.0 SC being released.

In the same fashion that the Glock 19 is considered a "compact"..... and it is probably about the first pistol labeled a compact which other makers AND shooters compare competitive models to when talking a size/capacity ratio. Think this: Glock 17... fullsize Glock 19... compact Glock 26...

    Barrel issues

The crown is pretty much the key to accuracy. I've had "bad" bores... IE serious "chatter" marks/machining damage, but a perfect crown and the guns didn't have any accuracy issues. In fact, out of the 10-12 Browning Hi-Powers I've owned, the most accurate one had a one inch area of a land...

    Barrel issues

Interesting that this is turning up after 2500 rds. I assume you've been cleaning regularly so this isn't just something that has gone unnoticed/been accumulating. I say this because it seems more and more people want to "run a gun dirty" as long as they can as some form of test. My experience...

    Hellcat, P365 and the Shield

For some people, the Shield will fit their needs perfectly.... Excellent! For others, the 365 is the perfect piece created with Divine intervention.... That's beautiful! And for another chunk of the AMERICAN shooting population.... I'm sure the Hellcat will be the best thing ever invented...

New M&P 2.0 SC being released.

Being that this 2.0 "Subcompact" version is an identical profile to the 1.0 Compact -- that's been around for what, 12 or more years -- shouldn't those existing holsters be a perfect fit? Same for the 3.6" Compact... wouldn't that fit the existing 1.0 Compact holsters in the same fashion -- and...

New M&P 2.0 SC being released.

Excellent.... I love all the choices we have now! Only mental midgets roll with the "why do we need this?" or "I don't see the point" mentality. This seems rampant on other forums. Every week it seems something new hits the market and I love having options and trying new things... competition...

Shield 1.0/2.0 or 2.0 with Laser?

I traded into a Shield 2.0 with integrated laser (red) just this week. Found out real quick that a laser is only good as an indoor/nighttime feature. In the bright Az sun yesterday, it was completely unusable.... even from my shooting spot in the shade of a tree it was barely discernible when...

Firing pin question about "pre-E" series 1911

Hopefully someone can chime in with first hand knowledge after searching everywhere, and coming up with nothing. I have acquired a pre-E series S&W 1911, and the firing pin safety parts have been removed. The E series did away with the firing pin safety because it was found to be drop proof...

Model 559 For Trade locally in AZ

I'm looking to trade a safe queen model 559. It is in excellent condition with less than 100 rounds fired on one range trip, and never holstered or carried. Comes in original box with everything to include unopened cleaning kit. I'm getting back into single action auto's while also purging a...
